Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG)

Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) is a competitive sports discipline where exercises are executed on six apparatus Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars and Horizontal Bar. It is a breath-taking sport that develops strength, agility, coordination, flexibility, spatial awareness, a strong work ethic and discipline. Our coaches are highly trained in this field and our program is run in a nurturing environment. The gymnasts will have opportunity to compete at State, National and International levels depending on their progress.

Athletes are accepted into this competitive program by invitation only. Perhaps your child is already attending a recreational class and a coach might spot your child’s potential. If this is the case, our administration staff will contact you to arrange a trial in one of our competitive squads. If you feel that your child has potential, please discuss this with our administration team or send us a message.

Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG)

Women’s Artistic Gymnastics is a spectacular competitive sports discipline where exercises are executed on four apparatus Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam and Floor Exercise.

Strength, flexibility, coordination and agility determine movement. Flips, twists, leaps and swings make this sport a thrilling one to watch. Skills and artistic expression are seen through various skills and exercises. Our dedicated coaches work closely with the athletes in a supportive and encouraging environment. This sport requires discipline and goal setting, and it builds flexibility, coordination, strength and agility. Gymnasts develop good posture and confident body movement including the ability to land safely and gracefully. Gymnasts that qualify will have the opportunity to compete in State, National and International events.

Acrobatics (ACRO)

Acrobatics is a graceful and powerful competitive sport made up of skills that show off power, strength, agility and flexibility, through a choreographed routine. Our Acrobatics squads offer pair partnerships (base and top) and trio partnerships (two bases and a top). It is a captivating and enjoyable sport to watch, and gymnasts will have the opportunity to train with our highly experienced coaches and form important and lifelong relationships. We offer recreational classes (Acro Tops and Acro Bases) that start to build a foundation for acrobatics and serve as a pathway to potentially being selected for an Acrobatics squad. Acrobats may have the opportunity to compete in State, National and International events.
