Recreational Gymnastics for Boys (5-13 years)
MAG Rec Junior for Boys Steps 1, 2 & 3 (5-9 years)
This is a program specifically designed for boys who are starting their gymnastics journey.
The program offers strength, flexibility, elements of the tumbling program, apparatus skills on six Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) apparatuses as well as sports games and challenges.
Senior program includes tumbling and Free G components.

MAG Rec Senior for Boys Steps 1,2 & 3 (8-15 years)
This is a program specifically designed for boys that are progressing in the gymnastics journey and wish to learn new tricks and experience parkour moves.
Students will learn a variety of skills such as soltos, flips, vaults and tricks.
General Recreational Gymnastics for Girls (5-13 years)
This program is designed for children that have been developing their movement skills preparing them for more specific activities. Students will continue to improve their fitness and stamina through fun and challenging gymnastics activities. Students will start to gain confidence and competence in movement preparing them for a wide range of sports.
GYM SKILLS levels are made up of Gym Skills Gold and Gym Skills Brown Step 2 followed by our Tumbling and Teen Gym programs.

Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Recreational Extension classes for Girls (9-14 years)
Extension 1 (9 - 14)
This 1.5 hour class is designed for girls with fundamental gymnastics abilities.
This is our transitional class and it focuses on developing and refining their capabilities in preparation for higher level skills and tumbling in a fun environment that supports the improvement of physical fitness.
This program is based on Women’s Artistic Gymnastics.
Extension 2 (9 - 14 years)
This two hour class is created for girls with strong fundamental gymnastics abilities.
This class is based on Women’s Artistic Gymnastics and covers a variety of women’s gymnastics apparatuses and acrobatics.
It focuses on further developing skills to potentially transition to Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, Acrobatics Program or Recreational Tumbling.
Extension 3 (9 - 14 years)
This 2 hour class is based on Women’s Artistic Gymnastics and is designed for girls with strong prerequisites in gymnastics skills.
It covers a variety of women’s gymnastics apparatuses and acrobatics, focusing on further developing skills to become transitioned to Tumbling Intermediate or Advanced or Acrobatic Programs.
Tumbling for Girls (8-15 years)
This program is designed for girls that would like to improve their tumbling skills for dance, cheerleading or that just wish to learn new tricks.
The program covers baranies, aerials, soltos and flips.
Tumbling Intermediate Level (Step 1 and 2)
This is a two hour class for girls and it encourages the development of intermediate tumbling skills in an environment that supports the improvement of physical fitness and community building.
Tumbling Advanced Level
This is a two hour class for girls and it encourages the development of advanced tumbling skills. Tumbling Advanced is a selective recreational class for girls that have achieved advanced tumbling skills and continue to build proficiency in them. Skills such as round off back handspring back solto, lay out, aerial saults of different kinds and combinations of them
Teen Gymnastics (13-19 years)
The motto of this program is “Gymnastics for all” and is open for teens of any gymnastics ability.
It is a flexible class facilitating the learning and development of a wide range of skills from all gymnastics disciplines at any skill level in a social and friendly environment.
At Teen Gym students can improve their flexibility, gain better coordination while learning a variety of skills and techniques. The program will develop body strength and allow students to learn fun tricks and skills. Plus participants get to connect with other athletes who share a common interest.
Adult Gymnastic
Adult Gymnastics is a two-hour class.
This class promotes ‘gymnastics for all’ and is open for adults of any gymnastics ability. It is a flexible class facilitating the learning and development of a wide range of skills from all gymnastics disciplines at any skill level in a social and friendly environment. From total beginners to ex-athletes, everyone is welcome.
Tricking
Tricking combines elements of martial arts, gymnastics and breakdancing to create a visually stunning array of flips, kicks, and twists. Originating from martial arts trick demonstrations, tricking has evolved into a distinct and captivating sport that emphasises creativity, style and physical prowess. Known as trickers, performers complete complex sequences that blend acrobatic flips with intricate kick variations. Tricking offers a unique and engaging way to enhance physical fitness, develop coordination and unleash one’s inner acrobat.
Home Schooling Recreational
These classes are designed for children that are homeschooled. Classes run during the day allowing homeschooling participants to have exclusive use of the gym.
Homeschooling classes are more flexible and tailored to the needs of the homeschooling community.
This class encourages kids to participate in sport and gain a great deal of enjoyment while learning gymnastics with their peers.
Guided Moves Support Playgroup (2-12 years)
Experience a nurturing and inclusive environment at “Guided Moves” Support Playgroup. This parent assisted session is suitable for children aged 2-12 years who require additional support due to developmental delays, sensory processing issues, autism and mild physical disabilities. Children can participate in activities such as jumping, climbing and balancing to improve coordination, strength and control.
Our club is a part of the National Risk Protection Program with Honan Insurance as the insurance provider. The fee we pay to the insurer is a fixed amount per calendar year. Our club is required to pay the full registration amount for each child regardless of when the child starts their membership during the calendar year. The fee structure is explained in the table below. This insurance fee ensures your child is protected should they accidentally injure themselves while participating in gymnastics at our club.
School Programs
We invite schools to use our state of the art equipment for their School Sport programs.
Please note we do not visit schools to offer gymnastics programs, all the programs are run within our club facilities.
